In Episode 7 I talk about one of the Pillars of health: the Gut.  Its more than just a spare tire around your mid-section.  The gut is one of the key pieces of good health and a healthy weight!  It affects your energy, your athletic performance and your mood.  It is starting to get the attention it deserves and this is my first look into gut health!  Enjoy!
